    Of all art galleries around, it is Noir that has the best ambience, especially if you visit at night. Specifically, at 7pm. The lighting is so amazing. And so are the colors around. They have a nice garden outside too, with nice lighting, and proper ambience for a date. They used to have a secret washroom upstairs where you could ** cough cough ** with your lover, but unfortunately, it was renovated and adopted to become something else. Sorry for that hehe.
